QR code for Direct Feedback after training
The CNV union organizes numerous courses for its members. After a course, participants are asked how they experienced the course and trainer. Participants are given a QR code after the course and are taken directly to the Feeddex questionnaire. The French company L'Oréal also uses QR codes to provide hairdressers with an immediate opportunity to give feedback on their experiences after a training course. The benefits are great: a higher response rate, no hassle with paper and all results are processed real-time in an online dashboard.
QR code to report on a building
The Rotterdam housing corporation Woonbron has posters with QR codes in residential complexes that allow residents and visitors to report issues. For example, if something is broken in a building or littered somewhere, residents can report this quickly and easily using the QR code. Because each location has its own code, the reports can be followed over time for each location in a report. The resident can send a photo so that it is immediately clear what is wrong. The QR code makes the reporting process simpler, faster and clearer.
QR code after completion of a property
Not only for housing complexes does Woonbron deploy QR codes. QR codes are also used after completion of a property to ask the new owner how they experienced the service around moving in. Each letting agent has its own QR code so that the feedback results can be broken down per agent in the reporting. The deployment of the QR code provided more response than the deployment of email.
