We would like to inform and reassure our customers and respondents regarding the news reports about the data breach that has resulted in the leakage of personal data from Dutch companies. The data breach originated at software supplier Nebu. A number of Dutch market research agencies, such as Blauw Research and USP, use Nebu software to conduct market research.
Feeddex customers and respondents need not worry because:
- Feeddex does not use Nebu software
- Feeddex has not been affected by a data breach
- Feeddex works with its own application and software that is ISO 27001 certified
- As part of its IT security, Feeddex conducts an annual pentest and an external audit (ISAE3000)
